Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Have all original tags and labels attached
• Not show signs of wear, damage, or assembly

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if the new item is priced higher.

Damaged or Defective Items

Custom Orders

Custom-sized or personalized modular furniture items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the specifications agreed upon.
